Director of Plant Services & Construction
Seeking a Director of Plant Services & Construction.

We seek a high caliber individual who will be responsible for managing the health system's plant services and construction departments.
Qualifications o Bachelor's degree and Professional Engineer certification.
o 5 to 10 years of engineering and construction experience; 5 years of experience in healthcare is highly preferred.
o Computer (PC) skills, ability to use spreadsheets and create reports, knowledge of CAD helpful o Excellent oral/written communication and problem-solving skills.
o Must be energetic, detail-oriented, and multi-tasked.
Responsibilities o Planning and executing all renovation and construction projects o Lead and manage work activities of Plant Service and Construction departments o Keep senior leaders and other managers informed about all renovation and construction activities o Effectively participate in all Integrated Service activities including but not limited to facility tours, EOC compliance, EOC committee participation, JC surveys, etc.
o Complete employee evaluations and competencies per health system schedule.
o Effectively work on any special projects as assigned by Senior Leadership.
